Subject: Urgent: Refund Request for Undelivered Order (Tracking ID: OR-3688598)
Dear Woodland Customer Support,
I am writing to raise a complaint regarding an issue with my recent order placed on 14th July 2025 through your Woodland mobile application.
I received a tracking ID (OR-3688598) via email, but when I attempted to track the shipment, the system indicated that the tracking ID is invalid or incorrect. I have tried reaching your customer care multiple times to resolve this issue, but unfortunately, my calls have not been answered.
As there has been no update on the status of my order and no assistance from your support team, I kindly request that you initiate a full refund for the undelivered product at the earliest.
Please confirm the status of my refund and let me know if you require any further information to process it.
