Respected Sir/Madam,

I,Dayanandan.m, resident of 1st Floor, #54, Sanjay Illam, 5th E corss Akshay Nagar Ramurthynagar wish to lodge a formal complaint against Nova Bazaar (seller) and Shiprocket (logistics partner), for delivering extremely poor quality products under Order No. NB158460.

Platform: Social Media Advertisement (possibly Instagram/Facebook)

Delivery Partner: Ekart

Powered By: Shiprocket

Payment Method: Cash on Delivery (₹1199)

Product Ordered: Swiss Watch (as per the stylish advertisement)

Product Received: not same and low-quality, cheap Watch that do not match the advertised design, or appearance.

The products received are completely misleading and substandard, and it is clear that the seller has engaged in false advertising and deceptive business practices.

I request the Consumer Court to kindly intervene and direct the concerned parties to:

1. Accept the return of the substandard items, and

2. Refund the full amount of ₹1199 to me at the earliest.
