I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue I encountered while using a Blinkit coupon purchased through the WINDS app.

On 10th June 2023, I bought a Blinkit coupon worth Rs. 1000 through the WINDS app with the intention of utilizing it for purchasing products from Blinkit. I made a purchase of products worth Rs. 270 using the coupon. However, when I attempted to use the same coupon for a second transaction, I was shocked to discover that it was flagged as “expired.”

Upon contacting both Blinkit and WINDS, I was informed that the coupon was intended for one-time use only, resulting in a loss of Rs. 770. To my dismay, there was no clear indication at the time of purchasing the coupon that it could be used only once. Furthermore, even if the coupon had a single-use restriction, it should not have been validated for purchases less than Rs. 1000.

This misleading information provided by WINDS and Blinkit has led to innocent customers, like myself, losing money in this manner. Despite several attempts to communicate with both parties, I have not received a satisfactory resolution.

I kindly request the Consumer Forum’s intervention in this matter to ensure a fair resolution. I urge you to facilitate the refund of my lost money without any further delay.

I have copies of the relevant receipts, transaction details, and communication with Blinkit. Your prompt attention to this matter would be highly appreciated.
