Text of Complaint by Pavneet:

I ordered suites and was successful with payment, even got the mail of order confirmation on 17th May however on checking status today, i.e 18th May, it says that the “the site is unavailable”.

Request you to please take necessary actions so the refund can be processed and should not happen with any other user.
