Refund request approved by technician, awaiting pickup was rejected by Flipkart

Text of Complaint by Arohan Mathur:

I had purchased Samung watch 4 classic lte from flipkart, the product was defective therefore I requested flipkart for refund. Flipkart sent a techinican to check the defect. The technician checked the product thoroughly and confirmed the watch is defective. Followed by this step, I got a confirmation from flipkart that the product will be picked up by 28th October 2023. But to my surprise, flipkart cancelled the refund request on 20th October. Since the product is defective and flipkart’s own technician has confirmed the same, I want full refund of rs. 9948 from flipkart. Flipkart is not refunding my money and subjecting me to mental tension and touture since Ihave to again and again call their customer support agents who do not really help.
