Hello Airtel Team, I have requested Airtel broadband connection and paid advance rental amount online ₹2828 on Friday, May 15th 2020. As the broadband service was not feasible in my area for broadband connection, I requested them to refund my amount. I am following this issue with Kumar who is Avadi area manager, he was initially contacted to me and get my details and share the payment link, then I paid my amount (3-month plan), one engineer came and visit my area he gone without any response, I called that engineer get information about not feasible connection. He said, I will initiate to refund your request, amount will credit in two days, but till now I didn’t get any notifications, ticket number or request messages. haven’t got any proper response from him. Today (25th May) I called him and saying that amount refunded your account. I have checked, amount not credited. Really worse experience with Airtel representative. Please refund my amount asap. I have attached image and do the needful or please let me know the status and return my amount. If any other details needed, let me know.
