On 25th February 2021, I made a failed online recharge attempt  through VI app for Rs.678/-. The amount credited and confirmed . Since then I am forced to communicate with vi apps, email and telephonic conversation many  times. Upon telephonic calls and emails from your concerned staff’s  many occasions provided all informations including my father name and bank transaction statements twice. Every time I am promised for three working days to release my money.

Almost one month to follow my money held under your custody. I don’t think this is the way vi treats their customers ?

May I expect your speedy action to release my money.
