SIR I AM SUFFERING THE PROBLEM FROM 26TH OCTOBER WHICH WAS THE DELIVERY DATE OF ITEM,I RECEIVED THE DIFFERENT COLOUR WITH DIFFERENT BRAND PRODUCTS,I HAVE ORDERS REALME BUDS.
I CONTACTED SO MANY TOME REGARDING MY PROBLEM TO FLIPKART,BUT THEY ARE TAKING AGAIN AND AGAIN SO MANY EXCUSES LIKE – (YOU WILL GET SOLUTION WITHIN 24 TO 48 HOURS)BUT THEY ARE NOT GIVING ANY SOLUTION,ONLY JUST IGNORING MY PROBLEM,AND THEY ALSO REJECTING MY CALLS,THEY GIVE PROMISE IN EVERY CALL,BUT ON DUE TIME ,THEY AGAIN TAKE TIME TO GIVE SOLUTIONS.NOW THEY BLOCKED MY FLIPKART ACCOUNT.
SO I REQUESTED YOU TO SIR, PLEASE CONSIDER MY PROBLEM AND I WANT SOLUTION AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.AND I WANT MY MONEY REFUND.
