I made an order on Club factory which i returned . Even after 18 Days of return of the order , i didn’t recieve any refund amount . When i asked for refund , out of Rs 334 i received only Rs 125 in my bank account . When i asked for refund of the rest amount , the executives started blaming me that i had used that amount for paymemt of another order whose payment was made by me when i hadn’t even asked for the refund . Back them there were no traces of any money in my club factory account.
My whole day has been wasted , chatting with club factory executives . They all are repeating the same things and not refunding the amount. I am totally disturbed.
Moreover I received a call from a fraud caller from club factory . Even though he didn’t ask for the CVV no. but still he asked strange information regarding the order .
Summing up : I want my money back from club factory . Club factory creates this problem every single time I refund my orders. I WANT MY MONEY BACK
