I have got Big Bazaar profit club card through Bajaj finserv. As when Big Bazaar announced to close it’s store and requested customer to get own refund as per instruction I submitted my all necessary documents with profit club card at Kolkata Dhormotola Big Bazaar counter. But Alas till now refund process activated. Even more this E-mail ID care@bigbazaar.com seems a fraud not receiving and delivering e-mails. I don’t find any way what to do.
Plz help in this regard.
