Order no. #403-5484100-6566724, I have order Oneplus 10 pro mobile with exchange offer, this product received after 2 day order that was delayed delivery, after receiving the product i found different in color so i called customer care.
Issue started from colour of the product, then, after consultation with Customer care, they told we can’t change the color but you can return the product and she said that i will get full refund, even i asked her that i got this product on my Mobile exchange, then also she told i will get full refund, even on AMAZON also showing i will get , max refund, but in actual i am getting too less amount.
If during the call, if amazon customer care representative explain about deduction then in that case i would not Return the product.
So, Here is complete fault of Amazon customer care who did not explained for refund and told will get full refund.
Refund in Card:- 32963.91, Amazon pay-7000 & and may be further 3100, Total:- 43063.91 vs 55999.
Amount difference:- 12935.09.
