I have booked the ticket from Dammam to Jeddah through Rehlat App, ticket got confirmed and with in sometime got an email saying ticket got cancelled or else i need to pay extra money to rebook it. Then the customer service team called me saying ticket got cancelled and will get refund in a week time. But it’s been 5 months till now did not receive the refund even after following up 100s of times.
