Hi Team,
This is regarding the Booking Id 6974943866 in Paytm. I had booked an airline ticket (Air India for 2 passengers) and then cancelled for one of the passengers on January 05, 2018. Ideally the total refund amount should have been ~INR 5,300, but Paytm refunded me just ~INR 200. When I raised the concern they are just telling me that they are working on this issue and will revert in 24 to 48 hours. Its been more than a week now and hevn’t heard back from them. Every time I contact customer care, I am getting just this response.
I have contacted the Air India folks and they told me that Paytm haven’t cancelled the ticket and hence no show charges were deducted. They told me to get in touch with Paytm. But Paytm is telling me that they are still working on this issue.
Please take some immediate action against them so that they give back my money.
