Hi,
Im Merwin S, from chennai
i recently ordered for a laptop – Asus Zephyrus DUO worth of Rs.2,651,40. And the product delivery date is on June 09th 2021, and was not delivered on said timing, so i canceled the rpoduct,
An i been told the refund will be done in 24 – 48 hours, and it never hapened. Again when i called them they told the package needs to be received at sellers end then the refund will be initiated, so they ask me to wait for another 4-5 buisness working days i waited, again no refund initiated.
again i spoke with escalation team, they told that to wait 10 business working days for the date of cancellation, i.e till 24th of june, and i waited aain no refund.
Again i called them told to wait for 24-48 hours , again no refund has been initiated
again i called them, spoke with a TL she told that she will help on refund , also she told that she will be doing followup, i waited believing her , again nothing happened, when i again called amazon the next day again anothe TL he told that its out of their scope for initiating refund for a big amount, need to send email to manager and once he approves the refund will be initiated.
Again no updated from the, again i called them they told even manager doesnt have scope of refunding taht big amount, he needs to reach out client t o get it fixed,
and i was told to wait for aother 24-48 hours to wait for the update on refund, again no update, no follow ups
Again i called them, spoke witha guy in escallation team, and again he told he directly spoke with finance team or collection team whatever, the refund will be initiated in 24-48 hours and he got my mobile number also for follow up,
Again no update,
Again i spoke with amazon today again, no one is responding properly!!!
Also no uppdae in amazon app, last update is the day when it got cancelled, on jun 10 th till no update, i feel fishy here, either seller is scamming me, or amazon is supporting seller to scam me,.,.
but y??
This is total bad on treating a customer, and the process is too bad or what, cannot initiate refund for the cancelled prouct,
no one , executive showing hand to Escallation team, escalaltion team showing hand to TL, TL showing hands to Manager, Manager showing hand to client, and finally nothing happens
i need my refund, so im writing over here to u team!!
Hope atleast u team will help me on my Refund, it beena month and it Rs.2,65,140 ,.
