I had ordered a shirt from Amazon on 9/4/2023. The product was delivered on 10/4/2023. But since the size was small i raised a request for a replacement. The product was picked by the Amazon agent on 11/4/2023. However I did not get a confirmation from them about my new shipment for the next 2 days hence I cancelled the product. On 12/4/2023 i received a mail from Amazon about the cancellation. However it’s been 13 days i have not got the refund. Whenever I speak to the customer care agents i am given some abrupt waiting period of 10 days for my refund. I have raised the complain with Amazon 3 times in the past 10 days but non of the agents are helpful. I think this is a scam . Pick up the product for replacement and not report the same and the customers money gone to the drains. This is a serious issue. I want to file a complaint against amazon and their delivery agents for cheating in my case.
