I have ordered two chrome fitting items for my car and they didn’t fit, so raised return and refund request. Very next day pick up guy came and took both the items and updated both under one name. I received refund for only one item and since then 5th feb, I have been contacting support and explain the same thing n number of times, they say complaint is registered but I get no resolution. Every day i receive message that new pick up is arranged and by evening I get a message that you have cancelled the return as you want to keep it. This is happening every day and I am tired.
