Hi,
I am a Paytm customer and my paytm number is 9495450496.I have booked an Air India flight from Kochi to Bangalore on 19 November 2018. The flight was cancelled by the airlines and they have issued a statment stating that I am eligible for full refund.
I have approached Paytm customer care multiple times and all they have to say is that your refund is under process and you will get a confirmation call in the next 24 hours. Its been almost a month and I never received a call on the same. I am literally tired calling the Paytm customer care again and again for getting the same response. Please solve this issue attaching the screenshots and details below.

i got a credit cord of AXIS BANK no.5245080003060130 ,one wrong transction made by some body to paytm ,i dont have paytm account, the transction was happend on 14th of march 2019 ,Rs 6000,please verify and investigate ,the transction ID/031418923285, please do needful

I See the Status of Rent Payment With My Paytm App It Shown Processing Rent Transfer Since From 15th May 2021 5:46 Pm.
