Dear Sir,
I am a Paytm customer and my pautm number is 6300190925.I have paid in nearby grocery shop 235 RS through my Paytm wallet.I have scanned code once but the amount got deducted twice.
I have approached Paytm customer care they told me to contact shop owner and ask for refund.I went to shop owner and he said he got amount only once.He showed his Mobile to me.
I called Paytm customer service again they are asking me to go to the shopkeeper again and ask him to show his bank statement.Here my complaint is how can I demand him to show his bank statement ?
Why should I suffer when the fault is not from my end.I jabe waited almost 30 mins in queue and still no one is answerable. Please solve this issue attaching the screenshots as well.
