I ordered on swiggy on 5/12/2021 worth rupees 670 with the order id 1028786104980 which was cancelled. The swiggy team assured me that I will be getting the refund within 5 to 7 businesses day but still there is no refund initiated against it. I had a conversation about it with the swiggy team several times but they are denying to help and extending the refund dates only.
