i order a product on jio mart on 15september 2022 and delivered on 18 september 2022 . and Icall many time to customer care related to defect of the product they don’t give satisfied answer and it was returend on 22 oct 2022 aproxx after one months they broke there policy and refund will eniciated on 22 oct 2022.
today is 12 november2022 till now i dont get refund
they tell refund will created in 7 working days
till now 7 working days is completed i dont get the refund .they7 broke there policy
