Hi sir,
This informed to you that, this Diwali I have purchased multiple products
Like campus shoes, Woodland boots and 43 inch OnePlus TV ,
Shoes and boots recived and TV was pending, I have raised the request shoos damage within 2-3 days, Flipkart blocked my account. When I called customer care his said multiple order cancel so account was blocked. I okay with that. When I ask tv related so customer care said please wait I will cancel this product and refund your amount.
I face this issue last 2 months but payment not received I have pay 2 EMI 8000 K , I request to you all please help me and provide justice.
Note :- Multiple time I escalate this case to Flipkart CEO Kalyan Krishna Murthy, but no response his side on Twitter
