I have ordered the toys from meesho and i returned it coz i didnt liked the quality. But from meesho it didnt got picked they told area not serviceable. They told u need to self courier it. I have done the self couirer by paying my money. They told me to mail the receipt of the courier send i have doen that also but now customer service is not responding they are telling we havent received any mail. But from my the mail is already gone now what do i do by paying i have done the courier now from ur end u r not getting mail what should i do its showing in my sent mails. I am askking is there any altenatives ahere i can send u they are saying no mail is only the option. I have all the proofs and from my side i have alreadg tracked it has been already delivered to the seller. Pls refund my money there are 2 products 1 is of 374rs and 1 is of 125 rs plus i have paid 140rs courier charges refund my money asap
