Sir/madam,
I’m ordering a product in October 1st and it’s not delivered by October 20th also,so I’m cancelling the order in 20th October,but till now no response from that complaint team,,many times I’m called to customer care and many mails I’ll send to escalation team and I’ll send a email to head of the escalation team also,they are all give me a token number and said that it will take upto 48hr to resolve,but till now no response from us they not resolve my problem and refund. I’ll attached details of order and complaint mail’s below.
Please do needfully pls help me .
