Text of Complaint by Jayson:

I have ordered an helmet through amazon, but while receiving the item it was not the product i have ordered. Later i have given that for replacement.
Again the replacement item also was not the product i have ordered.
So i have returned the item for refund.
Its been more than a month. No refund initiated.
I have contacted customer service of Amazon.
But no positive response.
Kindly help
