I ordered a Tokyo Talkies women black trouser order id OD225120147508943000 on 4th June, 2022 & the payment option I opted was COD. But on 10th of June, 2022 I paid Rupees 600/- to Flipkart through Google Pay (UPI transaction ID 246178052711). After that I received the parcel on 11/06/2022 & then come to know that the payment has not been updated, so as per conversation with the Flipkart Customer Care Executive I received the order by paying the amount. As per the conversation I was being told that the amount will automatically credited. But sorry to say that the amount yet not been credited. Repeatedly I spoke with Flipkart Customer Care Executive, & the same thing was told that “you will get a call within 24hrs/ 72hrs & after the resolution you will get the money”. Now just want to get the money back.
