Hi have booked (booking id- 12978229804) 3 flight ticket on 01/05/2021 Bangalore to Patna, in that I had cancel (pnr no AQ1MPH) 2 ticket. it has been one month over but still I haven’t got my refund i have mailed and called many time Paytm help support but but Paytm supporting staff is not responding well they telling still we haven’t received refund from airline but when i check with airline they telling it was done 30th march only to the booking agency kindly help me and find the attached screen shot below mention.
