Hi,
I have ordered an battery Operated car through Amazon india order id: 402-0524710-4334722, on where i got a call from Seller stating that Colour which i Order is not available so i cancelled the order and asked for refund but still i have received any sort of refund for the same.
Customer care is saying that product is delievered as per their seller but i have never received the product which customer care said that refund will be initated till 4th of january but never received the same.
Multiple times called the customer care but never received the satisfactory answer
Request you to please help me for my refund.
