in flipkart.com I purchased a Thomson led 32 inch smart TV on this year January 18th.after using 5 months one problem came and onebof the executive came and check the TV and take snaps of TV.on that time he said I will receive a refund related mail from jeeves.co.in. already 3 months over not received any mail. I called 20 times after that in the month October 28th I received one mail.in that same I will receive a mail asap.after received the mail also I did a call to jeeves.co.in 18
times .every time when I called they said same thing wait for 48 hours you will receive a mail
