I booked a car for half a day on 14th May (Booking id: JPS6N10FK).
A refund of ₹ 3999 is pending from that day until now. On contacting them, they say that it will be refunded soon but no action on that. Now I have started receiving promotions from them that they will reward people booking vehicle from Zoomcar, I feel like that reward money is our (customer’s) hard earned money and they do not have any right to give away money to others before refunding us.
Please help!
