Hi,
I am writing this mail to inform you about a formal complaint against Flipkart.
I ordered CROCS Bayaband Clogs.
The order ID is: OD226252767616024000
I received a totally different brand of the product with a very poor condition and hence raised a refund return on 20th Oct 2022.
After a 3-day delay, on 23rd October I received a mail from Flipkart asking me for the wrong product images and I provided the same to the team via email as well on the Flipkart app.
On 24th October, it got rejected without letting me know a valid reason.
So, I raised the request again and this time I received a mail asking for the ID proof and I provided with my Aadhar card to the team.
On 27th October at midnight, it got rejected again without even letting me know the reason again.
I raised the concern 3rd time on 27th now, and it’s been a loss of my time, a loss of my effort, and a case of mental harassment.
I talked to the customer executive around 15+ times now but no on is helping me out with the refund process.
I have attached the images of the product here for your reference.
Please help me out with this issue.
