I called Flipkart customer care to request the return again, but the same thing happened. This time, the delivery person who called me was rude and hung up. When I tried to call him through the Flipkart app, he answered, asked for my name, and then claimed there was no pickup request under my name before hanging up again. After a few attempts, I finally got through and told him about the product I wanted to return. Rudely He agreed to pick it up in the evening, but then I received a message saying the pickup had been canceled.
I called Flipkart customer care again and asked them to arrange the pickup once more. Now, every day, I receive a message in the morning saying they’ll pick up my product in the evening, but then I get another message in the evening saying they can’t do it due to unforeseen circumstances. This situation has been mentally distressing for me.
I’m concerned about the behavior of this particular delivery person, which is damaging Flipkart’s reputation. If this issue isn’t addressed seriously, I might have no choice but to escalate my complaint to the consumer court.
