I have recently ordered an item on Flipkart, it’s a study table. When I assembled it with the help of a professional. The table doesn’t serve its purpose, it keeps on rocking front and back if I try to write something on it. One of the angles (supporting metal piece) is bent and doesn’t fit properly. I have raised the return 6 times. The first time the technical visit person Mr. Panneerselvam, called me over the phone and asked for photos over WhatsApp. I sent it and he stopped answering the phone. For the next return request, he came and took the photo with the box and table. He said that this has nothing to do with me and you contacted Flipkart left. He is trying to show me that the quality issue isn’t a manufacturing defect. He brought another guy with him, he scribbled over my wall with a key and damaged the paint of it. Again the customer request was raised 4 times, the same guy is being appointed and he isn’t showing up. Every time I get an email that, you refused a technical visit the order is being cancelled. I have been using Flipkart for 10 years. I am a doctor, my time is being wasted. I have attached some photos and the order invoice with this mail for your perusal.
