Dear Sir

I have Received order parcel from Flipkart Which is delivered on 31st JulyOD125356463892258000
But Product is Missing
After Contact to flipkart support team I was asked to wait for update
But After 15days When I haven’t got any update I tried to contact them.
Again I was asked to wait 24-48 hours And assure that this is final time line between this timeline Team will be provided Replacement or Refund.
But No Anyone one has contacted me yet
Also my account is Blocked without Back my Refund
(Flipkart khuleaam Gudagardi Kar Rahi hai)
I Request you Please Help me to Recover my Loss
