Text of Complaint by Deepak Kumar Gaur:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to file an official complaint against RedTape for their failure to process my refund despite returning the product as per their policy.

I had placed an order with RedTape (Order Number: *RTL370543*) and returned the product (a pair of shoes) which was delivered to their warehouse on *17th March 2025*, as confirmed by tracking number *SF698624807KAA*. The return request was initially processed on *11th March 2025*.

However, even after several days, I have not received any refund. I have made multiple attempts to contact their customer support through emails and phone calls, but have not received any response or update on the status of my refund.

This delay and lack of communication is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I am attaching relevant proof such as order details and tracking confirmation for your reference.

I request the Consumer Complaint Court to kindly look into this matter and take appropriate action to ensure my refund is processed promptly.
