my refund is not credited yet ‘ as per that i have contacted amazon they are saying that the return product from your side have got to the seller , as per amazon investigation they are saying that seller got have got a dirty sandal means it is not in a neat condition like before , but sir i am saying that i have used that product , i am not denying that ,as a student why i should do like that , they are also not saying that it was duplicate p used proiduct , they are only saying that we have got dirty sandal [ as per amazon investigation ] as per 30 day returns, policies there also mention that you should aceept product in used condition also then why are they doing with me , please give refund amount , please help me out
i have not done any fraud i can tell strongly , as if now i am student that why , i am not earning also ,but this the last option for me but i think you will help me out
