Hi,
I have purchased a product women black pants from Meesho against the order#239938009410 but it was delivered to me defective \ damaged on Mar-20 ‘ 2022 so I immediately initiated the return but after few minutes the app showed me the order was cancelled though I have already received it. Also , it showed order cancelled on Mar-22 due to lost.
After the hassles with their app I called up the customer care on Mar-27 ‘ 2022 and their Agent informed me to respond back to the email which she has sent to me after the telephonic conversation with the details , so I replied back to their email with all the necessary details required .
Further , I received the repeated same texts from their customer support agents as If they are just copy pasting the responses of each other. The team denied to resolve the issue as they told me that I have not raised the query within the 7 days time period though I have raised this issue within their time frame but still they are not resolving it.
Further , they are not arranging any pick up for the defective product nor are they returning my money back. As per their legal policy if the customer received damaged\defective product the refund will definitely be issued anyhow.
Please look into this matter ASAP as the Meesho team has stolen the money by providing the defective product and now refusing to return my money.
