We bought sofa cover and it didn’t fit our sofa. Amazon initially agreed to refund and even sent an email saying they initiated the refund..later on when we noticed the refund wasnt received and Amazon told they can’t refund and this is not eligible for return. When it’s not torn or defective why can’t it be refunded.
