I has booked 6 ticket for my travel to Turkey with ID  IN1B1580125498062 after paying 240,000. Due to COVID the flight got cancelled and we filed claim for refund with airline.

After 3 months of wait Airline processed the refund and transferred to MakeMyTrip. However, makemytrip, without my authorization, transferred the said refund to their own wallet account. Now inspite repetitive complains the same is not being transferred to my bank account. Everytime we speak to customer care, we are always told that it will take 24 to 48 hours and I am still waiting for my refund from last 7 days. The booking ID for refund request is : IN1B1580125498062
