I had booked a Ola outstation ride on July 2nd Which was overcharged by over 2000rs. After multiple emails and tweets, I got a call and email from OLA promising a refund and collecting my bank information for the refund. It was told to me that it will take 10-15 business from there onwards for the refund to reflect and now it has been over a month. They do not reply to emails anymore.
