I have ordered on swiggy delivery was promised within 39mins but it was delivered after 90 mins and when asked the delivery agent he was rude in responding and when contacted the swiggy their representative promised me 239 refund but also confirmed its been refunded but when checked my bank it was nit done and when i got back to swiggy again they are asking me to re submit mu issue and they will investigate
