Text of Complaint by Deepak Sachan:

I have booked a ticket from Lucknow to Hyderabad on 17th June via Travlook RefNo. REF749507612.

This ticket was cancelled due to some reasons and I received a mail from travlook that my amount will be refunded within 10-15 working days.

I dropped many mails to them but they did not reply. I clled their customer care and the person said that my amount can not be transferred to my account as their is some server issue. Instead the amount will be credited in travlook wallet. I told him that I don’t want a wallet refund as I don’t have any plans to travel  in near future. In spite of telling the same they are not agreeing to refund my amount to my account.

They willingly do this so that next time we will be compelled to book ticket from their website.
