I had booked a ticket on Paytm portal. Bus timing was 10:25 pm (22 oct 2022) but not arrived at location by 01:30 am (23 oct 2022). I registered a complain to customer care at 01:25 am 23 oct 2022 and after confirmation of refund from customer care employee, i took another bus at 01:30 am 23 oct 2022. But now Paytm customer care is denying for refund ( they (Paytm employees) are telling that operator is denying for refund so I am).
So my point is – i have taken another bus after confirmation of refund from customer care.
