Text of Complaint by Noriko Carr:

I ordered dress through website www.siltfence.co.nz and this EPL*RNCHEB CO took payment and shipped package. They put incorrect address so US Postal service was not able to deliver to me and sent back to sender. I received email from them today they said they only refund 35% if possible. They are the one put wrong address not me. I need 100% refund from this company.
