Dear customer care Manager, Jio Fiber,

Greetings of the day!

Dear Mr. Manager,

I am Regoti Ajay Kumar residing in Hyderabad, Telangana (PIN-500039) and would like to draw your kind attention to my complaint against Jio Fiber team working here.

On 22nd September 2021, I made a request for the connection of Jio Fiber.The jio fiber agent came to my home and asked me to pay the security amount(INR 1500) for connection.

so Intially I used phonepe to pay the security amount(INR 1500) and its was In-progress and didn’t reflect in agent JIO app, so he asked to try Google Pay.

then I have tried again from Googlepay(INR 1500) and this time also it was In-progress and didn’t reflect in agent JIO app.

last time I tried from my creditcard(INR 1500) and it got succeceded and reflected in agent JIO app.

After some time the phonepe & Googlepay amount got debited and showing transaction successfull. I spoke to agent and he said it will be refunded, but the amount not refunded yet , I followed with then so may times and multiple emails,despite repeated request to the local team of Jio Fiber (VISHAL:9581499009 ) but no responce.

I had followed up with the phonepe/Gpay customer care & bank, but they mentioned amount has gone to merchant and there is no refund from merchant intiated

I request you to please look into my complaint & complete the refund of double transaction INR 3000(phonepe-1500+ Googlepay-1500), as per your promise.
