I cancelled a zoomcar booking in 23 Oct 2020 and the refund has not been provided to me yet. As per their policy the refund will be completed within 30 days. but its more then 70 days now and still no update. Another amount from a completed trip is pending. So now I have a total of around 13000+ Rs as pending from Zoomcar.
