We had booked 4 flight tickets for Go via yatra.com but cancelled it. As per the aviation act, the refund was processed by the Airline team on 26th Apr since the tickets were cancelled within 24 hrs. However the Yatra team is denying receiving the refund, though it is clearly showing that the refund is processed by the Airlines in the shared email attachment.
The Yatra team is giving us a holding response since a good 1 month and is denying receiving the refund. Please help us with a resolution.

Dear Divya. Greetings from Yatra.com! Regret the inconvenience. As checked currently we haven’t received the refund from the Go-First airlines. We are already in touch with the airlines and following up continuously on all such cases for this airline. I have same issue . Indigo has stated that they have refunded it to yatra but yatra hasn’t refunded to me.
