I Booked a ticket from travel company by travo look. But unfortunately my booking is not confirmed and my PNR is not genrated . I called to the customer care travo loog and customer care executive said that refund will initiate in my account within a week. But till date I did not receive my refund. Every time customer care executive said that within a week you will receive the amount.
