Hii sir / madam my complaint is about the recharge plans

I am having 2 Sims in my mobile and using both of them in this pandemic situation I can’t recharge 2 of them so in order to keep it running I am doing a recharge of 49 each month but this month they have increased the plan amount to 79 but after doing that recharge I am unable to send messages and when I contact them they informed me that I have to do unlimited plan to send or receive messages then why did they give such a plan like this fed up with this network sir
