Dear Sir / Madam,
My refund pending for more the then Rs. 10000 since long back.. i have repeated follow up and complaints to zoom car call centre for refund issue but no one he ready to release the same.. so many calls and follow ups with call centre but zoom car not interested to refund and mentally harassing with the same… I m looking full refund amount with interest charge. Hence request to help me out the same… I have many financial crisis and in this pandemic situation cannot survive with holding big amount. Hence request to help me out with the same.
