this is to inform you that I have booked 5 train ticket from Howrah to Digha, later i got a message from IRCTC that ticket’s could not be booked an amount Rs 2220 deducted again IRCTC txn id 100001758317986 from my bank account but till today I haven’t got any kind of refund amount from IRCTC side.
i am very much disappointed. please look into this matter very urgent basis. I am also attach bank account statement for future process.
